Stalin perished and his replacement, Alexander Romanov, is defined as a man of peace that the allies can keep under control.
The story unfolds after Command and Conquer: Red Alert, where the allies have already won. Allies and Soviets come back in the game as well as some of their buildings and vehicles but no other connection is made with the other Command and Conquer games. The game is part of the Command and Conquer series and is a sequel to the first Command and Conquer: Red Alert.
Command and Conquer: Red Alert 2 is a real-time strategy video game, developed by Westwood Studios on PC and published by Electronic Arts in October 2000.
